Problem
Statement
The leading gaming tech provider, operates on a patchwork of online platforms for its global client base. These platforms lack consistency in usability, branding, and functionality, creating a disjointed experience for clients and hindering operational efficiency.
The ask
Their existing online platform is outdated and they need a UX Audit with a refresh to their User Interface (With a Design System in mind) that is more graphical to go along with their new branding, across their 3 types of profiles / users which consist of:
1. Route Operator
2. Route monitoring - System operator
3. Gambling board
The challenge
Working within the limitation of their current platform.
