This process is a flexible framework, adjustable to different project scopes and timelines:
I use the User-Centered Design (Primarily considers the user's needs and wants) and Design thinking (Considers the user's needs alongside other factors, such as technological feasibility and business viability) approach.
1. Empathize & Discover
Goals:
